The Chilliwack School Of Performing Arts is a non-profit youth theatre school in downtown Chilliwack. They rely on the generosity of the community to continue to offer theatre education and amazing programs. Destination Broadway is a student directed and performed fundraising variety show featuring numbers from musicals, dances, scenes, and more!

Seussical is a whimsical, family-friendly musical that blends many of Dr. Seuss’s most famous books—primarily Horton Hears a Who!, Horton Hatches the Egg, and Gertrude McFuzz—into a single fantastical story. Guided by The Cat in the Hat, the plot follows Horton the Elephant as he tries to protect a microscopic city of Whos on a speck of dust while also guarding an abandoned bird egg.

Join us as the Chilliwack School of Performing Arts proudly presents Spring Festival 2027—our annual celebration of creativity, growth, and live performance.
Over the course of the festival, nine performance classes will take to the stage, showcasing the dedication and talent of our students after months of rehearsal and artistic development. This year’s festival features two original devised productions, five musical theatre productions, and two stage plays, offering audiences a diverse lineup of entertaining and inspiring performances.
Spring Festival is more than a series of shows—it’s the culmination of a year’s worth of learning, collaboration, and confidence-building. From our youngest performers discovering the excitement of the stage to our experienced students tackling more challenging material, every production celebrates the creativity, hard work, and passion that make CSOPA such a special community.
We invite friends, families, and the wider community to come celebrate the next generation of performers and experience the magic of live theatre at Spring Festival 2027.
